Morning Movement Routine: Integrate a morning movement routine into your daily schedule. Whether it's a brisk walk, yoga, or a simple stretching session, moving your body first thing boosts your energy and sets a positive tone for the day. Physical wellness is foundational—let’s honor it daily.
